How can I pay?We think about your convenience and for that reason we accept payment by credit card, Paypal and cryptocurrency. To pay with cryptocurrencies, please, ask us.

What kind of videos do you edit?We can edit any kind of online video from Facebook ads, instagram videos, YouTube videos. We also edit commercials, real estate videos, promos and online course videos. We do have limitations though and they are: – The finished video can’t be longer than 20 minutes – We can do Voice Overs (you need to pay this separately). – We can’t create 2D and 3D animations. – Subtitles do cost extra ($59/month for all plans)

What is the turnaround time?Our turnaround time is 48 hours and our revisions are with in 24 hours.

How many videos can I really get for the Unlimited plan?The short answer is…depending on your video request frequency and revision request frequency you can get 8-12 videos back a month! Let me explain…Our editors are super fast. We offer a 48 hours turnaround time and we will work on one video of yours at a time. When we finish that video we start on the next one. Feel free to upload 4, 5, 6 videos to us at a time. We’ll build a queue and start editing the first video in the queue.

What is the Workflow?After you chose a plan, you will be redirected to create an account on our client – editor portal. There you just need to complete your profile that includes a few questions about your brand and style of video. We will then match you with your editor within 8 hours and send you a welcome email with a following instructions. You’re all set up and from on just… Follow three simple steps here. 1. Upload your videos to From Smash. 2. Complete your video request from the Website and put relevant informations on Trello Card. Your dedicated Editor will take that it from there and you will see it going from different phases of editing, Assign → Editing → Quality check → Submission. As soon as our editor is done with your video, you will get an email from our system with a download link to the video. There you can ask for any revisions you’d like using a timestamping comment system.

How we will communicate to ensure the works gets done?You will have direct access to your editor through email. The more seamless way to communicate though is through The My Team Editor Portal and your exclusive Trello Board. Once you make your purchase, you’ll automatically be redirected to a form where you will create an account to our Portal where you can request video edits and collaborate with your editor through comments. You’ll also receive an email from your editor within 24 hours of signing up. Like I said, you can always communicate with them through simple email too. Portal and Trello are a simple project management tools that will enable you to: – Submit video editing requests. – Provide feedback on the card through description to your editor. – Obtain video link to download it from Dropbox. – If you want any revisions you can just make timestamped comment in dropbox or Trello too, 🙂. Your editor will read those revision comments and will make changes accordingly. This is why we use dropbox and Trello! This in an incredible feature that makes revisions easy for you and your editor.

Can you add B-roll and music to my videos?Absolutely. We can include your B-roll or we can add b roll from our stock footage library. All you have to do is request it. We also have access to a large royalty-free music library. That is also included in each of our plans.

Is the a limit on raw video and finished video length?Yes, You can upload 60 min of raw footage and finished video length will not be more than 20 minutes unless you sign up for custom package. For any custom query please send us email at clients@myteameditor.com.

Can I ask for your editors to edit videos for my all channels?Yes, while submitting new video request, Just mention which channel it belongs to and which branding to be used in it.

How do you know how to edit my videos to my liking?Our editors train our editors on how to do this and it’s really our secret sauce. We know you only want the clips where you look your best and that’s exactly what we’re going to include. This objective eye helps to improve the quality of your final videos. We also ask you all the right questions in your on-boarding process to learn what you’re looking for and then we will take that and improve upon it. Remember, we offer unlimited revisions as well so if there is ever a small change you want to be made we can do that.

Terms & Conditions
My Team Editor reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement, and any policy or guideline incorporated by reference at any time at its sole discretion.
You (referred to as “Customer”) accept our Terms of Service. You agree that you’ve reviewed and understand the content within our knowledge base outlining details on how our service works and our scope https://www.myteameditor.com/faq
Any changes or modification will be posted by My Team Editor to www.myteameditor.com/faq and become effective upon posting of the revisions on this document.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Site to obtain timely notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of the Services following My Team Editor posting of any changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF ANY MODIFICATION, DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICES AND IMMEDIATELY PROVIDE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Use – Your subscription and any addons will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period. My Team Editor works on one video at a time. Turnaround times are not guaranteed if the project is very complex.
Cancellation – You may cancel your subscription with My Team Editor at any time before the end of the then-current subscription period. To cancel your subscription please email us at myteameditor@outlook.com
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the My Team Editor services and your files through the end of your paid billing term. Access to your account files requires an active subscription. Cancelled accounts will not have access to their files once their billing term has ended.
Payment and Refunds – Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. You further agree that, upon registering for the services through the Site, you authorize My Team Editor to charge your method of payment (e.g. credit card) for the fee on each anniversary of your registration date, based upon your billing frequency (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annually). Your account and access to the services provided via the site may be suspended in the event of non-payment of applicable fees. You represent and warrant to My Team Editor that such payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. My Team Editor may change its fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Site with 5 days prior notice, but with no advance notice required for temporary promotions or reductions in fees. You, the client, are responsible to use Dava after payment.
Limitations and Abuse of Service – My Team Editor is designed for the reasonable use of a single individual. We are not meant to replace a full-time video editor. If we find that you are not in alignment with our model, sharing accounts/logins, violating our core values, or are abusing our services or team in any way, including using our services for illegal or adult/pornographic materials, we reserve the right to cancel your account.
We don’t provide animations.
Output files – While we do our best to minimize any mistakes, due to the nature of creative design we can not guarantee all files delivered will be 100% error-free. Upon file delivery, you agree to review and proof all files for any errors or omissions and notify our team if any changes/corrections are needed. We will do our best to rush any edits to correct the mistakes. My Team Editor is not responsible or liable for any losses or expenses incurred from errors or omissions.
Ownership of Content. Customer maintains the ownership rights in any User Content that such Customer submits to the site and the finished product My Team Editor produces. My Team Editor may use content we produced for you and or your name for marketing purposes.
Grant of Limited Rights to My Team Editor . By submitting a Task to My Team Editor , the Customer gives us the rights to User Content to the extent necessary to complete the task. Each Customer authorizes us to retain archival copies of all User Content that such Customer has submitted.
By default, you agree to provide My Team Editor with a non-exclusive right and license to publish your work in our portfolio, website logo block, social media, email, other communication efforts or for marketing purposes. If you would like to revoke this right, please notify our team in writing to myteameditor@outlook.com
Work and delivery output – While we can accept unlimited requests and revisions, our output volume depends on many factors, namely depending on the total request volume and complexity. We will do our best to work with you to accommodate any priority items and your timelines but our suggestion is to not use our service for time-sensitive requests. Your right to use the My Team Editor services shall terminate upon your breach of any term of this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability – We will not be liable to you or any third party in any event for any loss (financially or otherwise) or any damages arising from or relating to this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that your use of this site is at your own discretion and risk.
Definitions
Business day – My Team Editor operates in the Friday to Saturday.
